8 Panel Art Nouveau B&H Handel Era Lighthouse Stained Leaded Slag Glass Lamp

Beautiful 8 panel slag glass lighthouse lamp! The repeating metal overlay is of intricate leaves and grapes / berries. There is a beige / tan paint covering the metal which has chipped through time. The slag glass is mainly blue but is swirled with other colors that brighten warmly when lit.

I presently cannot shut off the bottom light but even though the lamp works I would suggest that it be rewired for safety reasons. Could use some detail cleaning where the metal panels meet between the overlay and the glass. Whatever wattage is in the base was there when I bought it; I intended to have it changed down whenever I got around to getting it re-wired. Which like many things, never got done!
