Antique leaded Chunk Jewel Stained Glass Panel Globe Orb Hanging Chandelier Lamp
Very unique antique Austrian leaded chunk jewel and art glass hanging globe light fixture. I've never seen another one like this in the 30+ years that I've been collecting, looks like something you might see in an old James Bond or Sci-Fi movie. Globe itself is 14 in diameter and has alternating panels of leaded chunk glass jewels and golden amber colored hammered or granite type bent panel art glass separated by decorative bands of embossed brass or bronze topped with a large flame shaped finial. Three way switch in embossed top ball operates top and bottom lights inside sphere.
No cracks or breaks in glass. Early 1920s cloth covered wiring is intact and working but as always, a rewire is suggested for antique lighting prior to installation. Pictures are part of the description. 45" total drop with chain; globe itself measures approximately 14" in diameter.
3-way switch in smaller top ball controls number of lights on inside the globe.
