Unique stained glass window panel. This geometic stained glass panel is a bending of geometric shapes and organic lines. It has both a traditional and non-traditional look.
The three center color pieces were cut into squares, broken in the centers and flipped out. The idea is the glass is turned "inside out", so the center of the square is now on the outer edge and the outer edge of the square is now on the inside. The outer brown beveled glass was reclaimed from an old light fixture. The clear glass was reclaimed from an old window.
The piece was made using the copper foil method, framed in 3/8" zinc came, and measures 13 1/8" x 24 7/8. A dark patina was applied to the solder. Loops are attached at the top for hanging purposes.
