One of the most prolific designers of the late 19th century, during a of more than seventy years he produced works of art; the most important of those were rendered in glass. Translating into glass the lush palette found in flowers and plants, his leaded glass Wisteria panel was one of several transon windows designed for the dining room in Laurelton Hall, Tiffany's Long Island estate. Enjoying the lavenders and blues of wisteria blossoms, Tiffany designed these windows in an Art Nouveau style, more lyrical than many of his earlier works. This item is based on the Wisteria Panel leaded glass transom window from Laurelton Hall Dining Room, after 1908. With it's comprehensive assemblage of Tiffany's work.

The Charles Homer Morse Museum of American Art in Winter Park, Florida, houses a collection that documents Tiffany's quest for the pursuit of beauty. " It measures approximately 11.5" by 14 The glass panel is made with hand applied, high quality, color pigmentation that is kiln fired and fused to the glass in multiple layers creating rich color that will not fade or scratch off. It is framed in metal with two eyelets to attach the included metal chain for hanging. Also included are two transparent acrylic display easels so that you may display it on a flat surface such as a table or desk.
